- Ensure consistency in conveying RFP questions and responses to all participating suppliers.
- Ascertain if the Client has a preferred supplier.
- Provide evaluation and analysis of all supplier bids.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with appropriate supplier(s).
- Oversee and confirm accurate and timely transitions of accounts to a new supplier (if switching).
- Evaluate supplier invoices for adherence to contract terms.
- Handle the addition or removal of Client accounts from supplier contracts.
- Supply Client mark-to-market valuations of supply contracts in property disposition or new property acquisition scenarios.
- Aid the Client in resolving supplier-related issues.
- Furnish the Client with estimated annual budgets and ongoing performance metrics.
- Supply Client with periodic market reports, showing market events and pricing levels.
- Gather price discovery by querying market suppliers and using in-house state-of-the-art market intelligence regarding current market prices for distribution to Client, when relevant.
- Keep a personalized hedging position report for the Client, detailing various purchases and risk positions, if applicable.
- Conduct market outlooks and forward price discovery, adhering to Client-specific strike-price levels.
- Evaluate “blend and extend” opportunities to achieve desired budget goals.
- Modify strategies as necessary to align with evolving Client objectives and market conditions.
